Spotlight on East coast projects
Over the last few months, we’ve been working on several new East Coast of Scotland projects with Rettie & Co. as they continue to push ahead with their digital marketing of several impressive new build developments off-plan.
We wanted to highlight a few of our favourite projects, many of which have already been sold.
Gladstone House, Mill Lane is a collection of six unique apartments set within a refurbished period building being marketed on Rettie’s website. Located on a quiet cobbled street close to The Shore in Leith, we were commissioned to create an exterior visual to capture the full character of the building. The website listing features a gallery of images showing the spacious mezzanine living space inside a selection of these apartments.
The interior style brief was warm neutrals with pops of soft blue, a popular interior trend this year. We loved creating the Pinterest board for this project to show off the light airy living space.
Bernard Street Mews is a refreshing modern take on traditional mews style apartments located in the heart of Leith’s old town. Working with Rettie’s, we created a photo-matched image of this elegant Georgian building being refurbished into 27 apartments offering a mix of 16 conversion apartments and 11 new build mews style apartments.
With Leith experiencing a massive renaissance as house prices continue to rise in Edinburgh and the tram extension now underway connecting the city centre to Leith, marketing these properties online while they’re being renovated, has seen ten properties sold off-plan and five reserved since launching onto the market.
