Our fully immersive virtual showhomes enable the homebuyer to explore every room and imagine themselves living there. Each room can be designed and furnished by our in-house interior designer and can be tailored to target audiences. Buyers can switch between room functions, styles or see the room without any furnishing. They can really see how the space will work for them and meet their needs. Specifications can be highlighted, options indicted and even views out of the windows can be incorporated.
Our immersive streetviews enable buyers to take a walk virtually around a development before its built. This allows buyers to explore the neighbourhood from the comfort of their sofa. It also answers any questions they may have about the house location, play areas or the surroundings of their potential new home. Buyers can also access live availability and enter any plot directly from the streetview.
Our highly detailed and accurate 3D site plans allow buyers to see and understand the masterplan for the whole development at a glance. Developments can be integrated with aerial or satellite photography, which allows customers to see the site in context within the immediate surrounding area. Common areas, street scenes and interactive ‘points of interest’ can be access as well as the virtual streetviews. The interactive site plans are also the start of the buyers journey through the HomeSelector, with search, filter and availability of homes overlaid.
In most instances, customer buying decisions are influenced by location. We can help bring a project’s location to life with low-altitude aircraft photography or capturing 360° photography from a drone. Our 3D site plan is then incorporated into the aerial photo for context. Whether it’s proximity to nearby towns, easy commuting links, or the location of the nearest schools, Pixel’s interactive location plans allow customers to quickly explore the area surrounding a development and find the information that’s important to them.
Research shows traditional line floor plans can be difficult to understand, leaving some buyers uncertain and unable to get a sense of the space on offer. Our state-of-the-art fully furnished 3D floor plans solve this problem by providing a very clear and accurate picture of the space and layout on offer. This enables buyers to immediately understand the space available within a property. Buyers can switch of furnishings, access points of interest, room dimensions and even jump straight to a virtual tour of that room.
Buyers often get distracted by interiors that aren’t to their taste or suited to their lifestyle. Thanks to the multi-function and multi-style room options available on Pixel’s virtual showhomes, it’s much easier for a buyer to imagine how a particular space within a property will work for them. Buyers can choose to see the home in a style that suits them and choose what function a room will have – whether a functional home office, nursery or a creative music room.
Our in-house motion graphics designer can provide a comprehensive range of bespoke products. For example, a full marketing video, with a mix of animation and video footage, to reinforce key messaging and fully showcase a development. Other products include punchy social media clips, and promotional video for individual house types.
VR has huge potential in property communication. Although requiring specific hardware, as home computers become more powerful, soon home buyers will be able to wander around their future address in glorious detail, at home. Until then, it remains a sales centre feature. We pioneered AR in the property sector with our HomeViewAR app that made ‘print interactive’ and created portals to the future using cameras on mobile devices. AR is gaining interest for planning consultations and we can see a bright future for AR in property communications.
