Building on 90 years of experience and near flawless customer-rated feedback, Tulloch Homes is proud of its Highland Heritage and strong reputation.
Focusing mainly across the Inverness region, one of fastest-growing housing markets in the UK, they have recently been expanding their landbank more widely across Scotland.
Impressed by our innovative and customer-focused approach to newbuild marketing and results achieved, Tulloch were looking for a creative digital and technology partner to advance their online marketing presence and early bird offers across multiples sites.
We began working with Tulloch in January 2018 with the core objective of providing their buyers with a visually engaging and informative experience during the home research stage of their journey.
Working collaboratively with their marketing department and external digital agency, Ness Side is one of 13 sites we’ve worked on with this one the largest of Tulloch’s developments. The £90 million development of 757 homes across a 35-acre site is their milestone project and will be rolled out over 15 years.
Phase one at Ness Side offers a range of executive homes designed to meet local demand and budgets. Recognising the hesitation many people still have when buying newbuild, we offered Tulloch the opportunity to show ‘plot specific’ house imagery as opposed to the more commonly used ‘house type’ visuals within the Home Selector gallery.
As a result, buyers can download and share their own specific PDF brochure showing plot specific spec and finishes across their shortlisted favourites before they even step inside the sales suite.
