Jordanhill Park

Working with CALA Homes since early 2017, we support their sales and marketing teams as creative digital and technology partners.

As the UK’s most upmarket major home builder, they have started to expand their non-standard premium market offering across a number of prominent city centre sites.

Following the success achieved for CALA Homes (West) on their sales off-plan for Riverside at Bothwell and 21 Mansionhouse Road, we were asked to develop a sophisticated, content-rich digital engagement campaign to visually communicate CALA’s Jordanhill Park in Glasgow.

Designed by 7N Architects, Jordanhill Park offers a diverse range of contemporary homes, from one-bedroom flats to detached five-bedroom family homes.

Working closely with CALA’s marketing team, architects and sales agents Rettie & Co. we built a high-level engagement Home Selector system which incorporates a photo matched interactive development map allowing buyers to get a clear understanding of the site location. As part of their teaser marketing campaign, we created a short lifestyle video to showcase the unique opportunity Jordanhill Park represents. Visually engaging buyers from an early stage was a high priority given the long term build programme and sales ambitions. It was important to tell the design story around the historic David Stow building and large new build element on site, before allowing buyers to explore inside the interior layouts and finishes.

Working with CALA’s interior designer, we tailored the interior room styling to reflect the different audiences being targeted. As with all our interactive systems developed in-house, we’re able to provide detailed online visitor insights as buyers conduct their own research before visiting the sales suite. This has already proved of high value to their sales team for the release of future phases and overall build programme.

March saw the first phase launch of Jordanhill Park. On the back of the early stage teaser campaign, the Home Selector system has once again allowed buyers to filter their search criteria, explore the plots available and imagine life at Jordanhill Park – all from the comfort of their own home.

What we did

  • Interactive Map
  • Development Animation/Video
  • Exterior Virtual Visit
  • Home Selector
  • Image Gallery Content
  • Interior Virtual Visit

What we’ve achieved

Within six weeks of launching online, CALA’s sales team have secured an impressive level of sales off-plan with buyers feeling well-informed and confident about making a final purchase decision.
