Supporting CALA Homes as they achieve record sales
We’re proud to be supporting CALA Homes in Scotland across a number of prestigious developments. As their creative digital and technology partners helping to increase sales off-plan, it’s great to see the East team report record sales figures over the last three months.
At a time of growing uncertainty for businesses, it’s rewarding to be playing a central part in this success as we continue to develop our selector systems across the Pixel Sales Platform, helping to generate more sales leads and accelerate sales off-plan.
Research shows that customer expectations are homogenising across different industries. So, when it comes to making one of the biggest buying decisions of their lives by investing in a new build home, home buyers expect the same level of detailed information and opportunity to understand, visualize, explore and compare their shortlist of favourites.
During tough times when consumer confidence is wavering, it’s more important than ever to have in place the digital capability to communicate developments off-plan for easy and in-depth viewing. Informing and visually engaging home buyers across their research journey in a way that builds an understanding and confidence to purchase off-plan, allows them to also take advantage of the many early bird added incentives on offer.
Putting the customer at the forefront of our selector systems design is top of the agenda as we help to build greater visual engagement from the start of their buying journey.
Partnering with CALA in Scotland for over two years, the first project we worked on was The Crescent at Donaldson’s in Edinburgh. Talking to the media recently, Philip Hogg, Sales and Marketing Director for CALA (East) explained how this development has been key to CALA achieving its highest sales results. With an impressive run of reservations off-plan at its flagship development, the team saw sales exceeding £20 million.
Launched in July from its impressive sales suite in Leith with Home Selector available for visitors to explore, Waterfront Plaza has become one of CALA’s fastest-selling sites with 16 homes sold off-plan in the first two weeks.
As they continue to boost the local economy with further investment and jobs due to be created, we’re delighted to be supporting CALA (East) with their digital visualisation of the former Boroughmuir High School as they carefully refurbish and develop this historic building into 87 one to four-bedroom apartments on Edinburgh’s southside.
